- Eligible Return Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return Process: Please contact our customer service at contact@herwith.com to obtain a return authorization number. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return. Once you have received your return authorization number, carefully package the items in their original packaging or similar appropriate packaging. Make sure to include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.
- Return Fees: Return fees are not covered by HerWith.com.
- Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund you the full amount of the item, excluding shipping fees, to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to obtain a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale or promotional items, as well as worn, washed, or damaged items, are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
